Once the customer decides to build with us, we can provide help, if required, with:- Ideas in the design / build concept stages
- Organising drafting or architecture services
- Organising structural engineering services
- Organising certification services

Assisting owner builders, for example:
- Performing structural work and providing forms for certification
- Project management i.e. organising trades for certain specialist tasks
- Helping to rectify certification issues i.e. to meet Building Code of Australia and council requirements
