We had to strip out the whole building then start all over again.
All the services had to be changed and altered; also, things were brought up to building standards.

The Internal Result
I had a builder/cabinet maker install this kitchen for me. He did a good job of it. It is a two pack kitchen with granite bench tops. He also tiled the splash back.
Task
The kitchen was too small and the clients needed a solution how to make it more functional. I proposed that we extend the kitchen onto the existing deck and keep the same roof line so that the ceiling and so fits all look original. Below are the photos of how it looked like.
The Kitchen End Result
The clients organised their own cabinet maker and I have to say that they did a very good job. I think the colours that were selected also work very well together. I tiled the splash back and helped select the tiles.
The Job
I was asked by a former neighbour if I could assist them in their renovations. They had fully gutted their new house in Moorooka internally and needed carpentry work done,walls moved, windows installed, ceiling and wall plastering as well as the finishing off being skirting, architrave and doors. I didn’t take many photos; I only have a few.
New Kitchen
I had to remove a wall make a beam and install it. Oh as well as renovate the whole house. Here are the photos of what it looked like and the present. The cabinet maker was a friend of the clients and did a good job.

I had to remove a load bearing wall from the kitchen and open the room up. Then the ceiling and walls were patched and painted. Finally the kitchen was installed. The kitchen is kiln dried clear pine with an oak top.

Hoop pine kitchen fully carved and French polished
Solid hoop pine and flood gum top with eight coats of varnish and French polish.
It was built by me in 1995 and is still in original condition.
