A pretty good finish. The bathroom had lots of room, glass to bounce light around, mirrors to make it look bigger and storage space with a cupboard built for the inside of the cavity.

Bathroom Requirements
Just make it look good. Stick to a budget but make it look expensive and fully functional.
Process
We did a full strip out and started the framing prep for the bathroom furniture. We also replaced the rotten floorboards.
Waterproofing
Waterproofing was then applied to ensure product performance and durability. Because it was a seamless floor, we had to put an aluminium angle in for water retention.
New Farm Vogue Article
I had a joinery workshop at the time and I made all the Bathroom timber fittings and fixtures including the glass sliding window which was approximately 1800 mm x 1800 mm.
I used to live and work in Japan so I was happy to build something I could identify myself with. When you read the article you will see all the people involved but unfortunately I wasn’t mentioned as the builder. I will try to dig up some photos that I might have of the early stages of work.
